FAQ

Here are some Frequently asked questions, if these do not answer your question or you need clarification, it is absolutely no problem for you to give us a shout! We are glad to help!

How do I Order a Bin?

Simply Give us a call, text, email, or use the website contact form! We will ask for all the information needed and do everything for you, all you have to do is tell us when you want the bin!

How do I pay for the Bin?

We per-authorize a credit card for deposit, however for final payment you can choose credit card or e-transfer. If you want to use a different method please contact us and we can try and accommodate.

Why aren't your prices listed online?

Our Base price for rental changes based on location. It would be all too disappointing to research a price online and then once ordering a bin find out the cost of fuel. Our rates are based on our cost, and that means you only pay for the exact cost of delivery for your location rather than a blanket price.

What Can I put in the Bin?

Household waste, construction waste, yard waste, commercial waste, Wood, insulation, shingles, up to 10% recyclables mixed in, Bale Wrap, Boat Wrap, Mattresses and large items(additional landfill fees apply), Drywall, etc. Metal may be accepted if prior arrangement has been made.

Please Contact us if you have any questions at all about what you can or can't include prior to loading.

What Can NOT go in the Bin?

Hazardous waste, oil, paint(unless its dried with the lid off), whole fluorescent tubes, tires, asbestos, metal waste unless arranged prior, excessive amounts of recycling, Freon, RV Sanitary, Fuel, Bulk Soil, fireworks, flares, ammunition, explosives, industrial or commercial hazardous waste, gas cylinders, propane, etc

Please Contact us directly if you have any questions at all about what you can or can't include prior to loading. Loading these contents will result in refusal of service, extra fees and the bin to be unloaded at the cost of the client.

What if I only need a bin for a couple days, not the full rental period?

Our rental fee quoted is inclusive of the delivery, pickup, disposal, and up to 7 days for the bin to be on site. If you need it less than 7 days please arrange with us and we will pick it up early, this can be scheduled at the time of ordering or give us a call when you have the bin and are finished loading, we will get out to pick it up. Feel free to contact us if you have a specific case you would like a custom price for!

How do I load the bin?

The bins have doors on the rear that can open, and tie back. This makes it easy to load at ground height, once mostly full please ensure the doors are closed. The bins can be loaded right to the top but please don't have items loaded above the top of the bin as we need to ensure all items are secure for transport. Ensure you do not overload the bin for weight, our trucks can pick up a lot of weight however some materials such as shingles and drywall in bulk will be too heavy. The bins can be loaded by equipment at the clients responsibility but DO NOT tamp items into the bin with equipment. Contact us if you have any questions.

Where are we going to place the bin on delivery?

We will place the bin where you ask! There is limitations to prevent damage to your property and our bin, and we can not typically leave a bin on the road. Best place for the bin to go is on a solid surface or hard packed ground. Once the bin is loaded they are very heavy and will sink into soil or grass. In addition we need access to the drop location with our truck which is also heavy and will likely damage grass and soil, even more once we pick up the bin with the truck. However we will do all we can to make loading easier because we of all people understand the work required to load the bins.
